Terms and Conditions
**Terms and Conditions for Subscription Boxes**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription services provided by Pure Creative Beauty ("we", "us", or "our") for the purchase of hair subscription boxes ("Subscription Boxes"). By subscribing to our Subscription Boxes, you ("you" or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms.

**1. Subscription Services:**
a. By subscribing to our Subscription Boxes, you agree to receive periodic shipments of haircare products curated by Pure Creative Beauty.
b. Subscription Boxes will be delivered to the address provided by the Subscriber during the subscription sign-up process.
c. Subscription services commence upon payment for the first box and continue until cancelled by the Subscriber in accordance with these Terms.

**2. Payment and Billing:**
a. Subscribers will be billed automatically according to the selected subscription plan.
b. The Subscriber's payment method will be charged for each Subscription Box at the time of shipment.
c. Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

**3. Cancellation and Refunds:**
a. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
b. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged for the next Subscription Box.
c. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the next scheduled payment date will take effect after the subsequent payment period.
d. No refunds will be provided for Subscription Boxes that have already been shipped or for cancellations made after the next scheduled payment date.

**4. Changes and Modifications:**
a. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Subscription Box offerings, subscription plans, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes or modifications to Subscription Box offerings or subscription plans will not affect existing Subscribers unless otherwise stated.

**5. Liability and Disclaimer:**
a. Pure Creative Beauty shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use Subscription Box services.
b. Pure Creative Beauty disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

**6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and British Columbia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of British Columbia.

**7. Agreement to Terms:**
a. By subscribing to our Subscription Boxes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
