A message from the Founder
I have a lot of clients who will bring their laptops to their appointment and work. Sometimes you've just got to get things done - and I am totally here for it! I also have a few who'd rather read their book AND I have a few who love a good goss' sesh. I'm here for your needs, hair related and all. In my opinion, hair appointments aren't just about the hair process; its a chance to unwind, calm your mind and have some well deserved 'me' time. Appointments with me will always be exactly as you need it that day, and I'm totally content to chill and work behind you while you zen out.

I've been working in hair for just over 8 years. This industry has always been a passion of mine, and never just a 'job' for me. I am a certified hair nerd (and in extensions, and of course my hair diploma) and I'm obsessed with learning. I am dedicated to consistent growth and will always be up for trying new things. I'm constantly following the newest trends (and mitigating the latest fads) to make sure I can meet all of your hair needs as they come up.

In my town I am known for brunettes and soft growing hair colour. I'm here for all of your subtle, dimensional, and sunkissed hair. I also offer invisible bead extensions and have 8 seasons of weddings and grads under my belt! There is not much I haven't dabbled in within this industry! While I am only accepting new extension clients as I am currently making space for some new endeavours, I am always available for consult! Especially if you are in need of some guidance on what to do next and where to go - I'm happy to help guide you and set you up with someone I know well! Hi! I'm Dee/Dannielle. I am originally from Alberta, but moved to
BC for hair school and never left. I'm married to my best friend
Jason and we have a little pup named Ava! When I'm not in the
salon, or hosting a class, you'll most likely find me by the water,
or wandering through the forest!
Fun Fact about Me: Being a hairdresser was always going to be
"Plan B" if 'nothing else in post secondary worked out'. Turns out it
was always meant to be Plan A and I'm 100% obsessed with the
hair industry. While I consider myself to be quite the extrovert and always happy for a chat.

Dannielle will be offering 1-1 and group weekly coaching calls with all levels of hairstylists looking for career focused advice. Whether on zoom or in person, she will help you with skills, confidence building, social media help, tricks to transitioning from commission to independent successfully and anything in between. She will have a variety of package options available, including monthly packages where she will be available via text at any time to help you with real time challenges that may occur behind the chair. After almost a decade of knowledge in the hair industry, Dannielle has worked in every type of salon set up possible. From $10 chop shops to corporate Canada to boutique and now independent, Dannielle offers a unique perspective with vast knowledge on the pros and cons to each. She's here to help you succeed behind the chair.
